End of June
The blast of heat took a toll on the garden. Cooler weather is promised tomorrow and for the weekend. I’ve left the lawn long through the mini heat wave and now it looks like a long haired hippie. It will get a hair cut tonight and I’ll get out there this weekend and deadhead. July and August are the sleepy months in the garden. I get rather lazy and spent more time lying on the grass than doing any thing resembling chores. Perfect.

Your garden is beautiful! I love the picture you took, it really shows off your garden to its full advantage!
That garden is beautiful. The heat and drought here have really stunted our garden’s growth but we have gotten some good rain this past week and things are perking up. Its amazing what some rain will do!
I’m breathless. So beautiful! There is plenty of foliage color whether anything blooms or not. I’m particularly fond of the hedge.

I’m always in awe of your yard. It’s so pretty and perfect! It is!!!
I like the mature tall trees. One cannot measure their contribution.
